MacSearch ("us", "we", or "Company") respects your privacy and committed to protect the
privacy of its users (“user(s)” or “you”). This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets forth the privacy
practices of the Company and applies to users that use our weather desktop app (“App”) and its
Services. This Privacy Policy is part of the Company’s terms of use. Capitalized terms not defined in this
Privacy Policy shall have the meaning set forth in our Terms of Use available at: (“Terms of
Use”
).


We have included below information about which data is collected, how we process use or share your
data, but before, we would like to explain the lawful basis on which we do so, all subject to the EU
General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) as well as other applicable data privacy regulations:
   (i) We have the legitimate interest to process online identifiers in order to provide our Services; or
   (ii) We will process your personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us, in order to fulfill our
       contract, for example, provide you with requested support or respond to your inquiries;
   (iii) We will also process certain data where you have provided us with consent to do so, in the
        event required under applicable law.


As defined under the GDPR, the Company acts as a Controller of the Personal Data collected under the
Services, as specified below.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, at our sole discretion or due to applicable law
requirements, and therefore we ask you to check back periodically to read the most updated Privacy
Policy. The last and updated version is reflected in the "Last Modified" heading above. In the event of a
material change, and subject to applicable law requirements, we will make best efforts to provide an
applicable notification.


WHAT DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW DO WE USE IT
While using the Services, we may collect non-identifiable aggregated information ("Non-Personal
Data
"). We are not aware of the identity of the users from whom the Non-Personal Data is collected. In
addition, we may collect individually identifiable information (“Personal Data”), all as detailed below.


The Non-Personal Data we collect may include, among others, technical data transmitted from your
device, as follows: type of device, browser type, type of operation system, the time and date a user
accessed the Services, language preference, application data and statistics and approximate
geographical location (country/city level), the time and date you accessed the Service.


Further, we collect your Internet Protocol address (“IP”). Note that, while IP address is considered
personally identifiable information in many jurisdictions (such as the EEA), there are some jurisdictions
in which such data sets are not considered as Personal Data. Therefore, we treat such information as
Personal Data, in accordance with applicable laws.

We use the above detailed technical data and IP address under our legitimate interests of: (i) operating,
providing, maintaining, protecting, managing, customizing and improving our App and its Services and
the way in which we offer them; (ii) enhancing your experience with the Services; (iii) our legitimate
interests of auditing and tracking usage statistics; and (iv) security and fraud detection.


In addition, in the event you voluntarily contact us through any means of communication (e.g., by
email), we will collect your contact details, and might collect our correspondence history. We will
process and use this information solely for the purpose of providing you the support you have requested
and respond to your inquiries.


We do not combine Personal Data you may provide voluntarily with the Non - Personal Data. However,
if we do so, we will treat the combined information as Personal Data.

HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION?
Depending on the nature of your interaction with the Services, we may collect information as follows:
(i)    Automatically – we may use our tracking technologies to gather some information automatically.
(ii)   Provided by you voluntarily – we will collect information if and when you choose to provide us
      with the information, such as through contact us communications, etc. all as detailed in this
      Privacy Policy.


DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
The Personal Data we collect is not shared with third parties or any of our partners except in the
following events, and solely to the extent needed:
(i)   Authorized Disclosures: we may disclose your information to third parties when you consent to a
     particular disclosure. Please note that once we share your information with a third party, that
     information becomes subject to that third party’s privacy practices;
(ii)  Law Requirement and Policy Enforcement: we may share your information in order to comply
     with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request as well as for the
     purpose of enforcing our agreements and policies, and taking all actions derived thereof (i.e.,
     investigate, detect, prevent, or any applicable action needs to be taken with respect to illegal
     activities, wrongdoing, suspected fraud or security needs) as well as to establish, exercise or
     defend our rights;
(iii) Third Party Rights: we may share your information in order to prevent harm to the rights
     (including any legal rights), property (including intellectual property) or other or safety of us, our
     users or any applicable third party;
(iv) Affiliated Companies: we may share your information with a parent company, subsidiaries, joint
     ventures, or other companies under common control ("Affiliated Companies") solely if and when
     applicable or necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy;
(v)  Corporate Transaction: we may share information, in the event of a corporate transaction (e.g.
     sale of a substantial part of our business, merger, consolidation or asset sale), provided however,
     that our Affiliated Companies or acquiring company will assume the rights and obligations as
     described in this Privacy Policy;
(vi) Online Identifiers: we may share IPs collected by us (as detailed above), for the purpose of
     operating and improving our business, providing the Services, as well as to detect fraud, security
     or technical issues in connection with the Services, and calculate out business partner’s payments.

     The Non-Personal Data we collect may be used or shared in any of the above circumstances, as well as
     internally within the Company to conduct business and marketing analysis and enhance and
     personalize your experience. We reserve the right to use, disclose or transfer aggregated and
     processed data to third parties, including, inter alia, affiliates and consultants, for various purposes.
     This information may be collected, processed and analysed by us and transferred in a combined,
     collectively and aggregated manner (i.e., your information is immediately aggregated with other users)
     to third parties.


COOKIES
We use cookies and other technologies (e.g. web beacons, pixels, etc.), as we gather some information
automatically, by ourselves or by using third party service and store it in log files. A "cookie" is a small
piece of information that the desktop App way assign to your device while you are using the Services.
Cookies are very helpful and can be used for various different purposes. These purposes include
allowing you to navigate between pages efficiently, enable automatic activation of certain features,
remembering your preferences and making the interaction between you the App or Services quicker and

possible to disable some cookies through your device settings. However, if you choose to disable
cookies, some features of our Services may not operate properly and your online experience may be
limited.


We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on
our behalf, to perform Service-related actions (e.g., maintenance services, database management, web
analytics and improvement of the App’s features) or to assist us in analyzing how our App and Services
are used. These third parties do not have access to your Personal Data and are obligated not to disclose
or use any user information for any other purpose. One of the third party services we use is Google
Analytics that collects, monitors and analyzes this type of information in order to increase our Service's
functionality. This Privacy Policy does not cover third-party services, third party providers or third party
sites or your access and use of such. We do not control the privacy and security practices and policies of
these third parties and their sites. We encourage you to read the privacy statement of the third party
services and websites you use.

ADVERTISEMENT
When you click on an advertisement provided on the App, you may be transferred to a third party’s
website, in which case you will be subject to aforesaid third party’s privacy policy, further, your Personal
Data can be processed on different terms than terms provided herein, thus, we recommend you to
review it in order to make informed decision. We do not have control nor will we be responsible to such
third party privacy practices.

OPT OUT OPTIONS
You may opt out of certain advertisers’ cookies and browser-enabled, interest-based advertising at the
Network Advertising Initiative’s (“NAI”) website -  NAI consumer opt-out  and the Digital Advertising

Alliance’s (“DAA”) website -  DAA opt-out page . Or the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance
(“EDAA”) website Your Online Choices page.

RETENTION
We retain the information we collect solely for as long as required to fulfil the purposes for which it was
collected, and as detailed below:

Identifiers (IP)

Shall be deleted no later than six (6) months if needed for fraud detection.

Raw Data (that is not in use)

Shall be deleted no later than 24 months

Notwithstanding the above, in some circumstances we may retain the information we collect for longer
periods, for example, when we are required to do so in accordance with legal, tax and accounting
requirements. In addition, we may also retain your Personal Data for longer periods if we reasonably
believe, at our discretion, that we need to obtain an accurate record of your correspondence or any
dealing with us, for example, in the event of any complaints, all, in compliance with applicable laws.


SECURITY
We use security techniques to prevent your information from being accessed without authorization,
improperly used or disclosed, unlawfully destructed or accidental loss, as detailed in our Information
Security Policy
. However, although we make best efforts in this regard and adopt what we
consider to be appropriate data collection and security measures, we can’t provide 100% security and
we cannot be held responsible for unauthorized or unintended access that is beyond our control. If you

Further, in the event of a security incident, in which we discover your Personal Data may be at risk, we

YOUR RIGHTS

Personal Data that we hold (which might be different in each jurisdiction) such as; right to access your
Personal Data; right of rectification; the right to erasure of your Personal Data; right to restrict

certain information from you in order to verify your identity and locate your data and that the process

of locating and deleting the data may take reasonable time and effort, however not more than one (1)
month, unless otherwise required or permitted under applicable law.
Data privacy and related laws in your jurisdiction may provide you with different or additional rights
related to the data we collect from you, which may also apply.


CHILDREN
You represent and warrant that you are (i) at least thirteen (13) years of age if you are located in the US;
(ii) at least sixteen (16) years of age if you are located in the EU; or (iii) if you are located in any other
GEO you are above the age defined as “child” under applicable laws in your jurisdiction (collectively
Child” or “Children”). If you are under 18, please be sure to read the terms of this Privacy Policy with
your parents or legal guardians. The Services are not directed or intended for Children, as defined under
applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect or solicit information from children. If we later obtain
actual knowledge that a user is considered as a Child under applicable law, we will take steps to
immediately delete its Personal Data. We request that such individuals do not provide Personal Data
through the Services. If you become aware or have any reason to believe that a Child has shared any
information with us, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to ensure that such
information is immediately deleted from our files.


TRANSFER OF DATA
We may store or process your information in the EU or in other countries. If you are a resident of the
European Economic Area ("EEA") we will take appropriate measures to ensure that your information
receives an adequate level of data protection upon its transfer outside of the EEA. If you are a resident
of a jurisdiction where transfer of your personal data requires your consent, then your consent to this
Privacy Policy includes your express consent for such transfer of your data.
